County Committee Reorganization Meeting

It is time to elect the Pima County Democratic Party Officers for the 2022-2024 election cycle.  PCPD’s reorganization meeting is a Zoom Webinar meeting.  We will be using Election Buddy for voting.  Only elected PCs can attend and vote. Not currently a PC? You can become one and vote in the next election! FInd out more here!

We will be electing a Chair, First Vice Chair, Second Vice Chair, Treasurer, Recording Secretary and Corresponding Secretary.  In addition, we will be electing three Executive Committee members who represent an under-represented community.  If you are interested in running for one of these positions contact PCDP before the meeting. You must be an Elected PC to hold office. Not currently a PC? You can become one and run in the next election! FInd out more here!

Register in advance

If you are an elected PC, and have provided your correct email address, you should already received  requests to register. Search your email for messages from Pima County Democratic Party using this email address: invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com 

Can’t find it? No worries! Contact PCDP before Dec 5, 2022 for your personalized link to register for the meeting. 520 326-3716 or director@pimadems.org

Can’t attend?

Instead of throwing your vote away, you can provide a proxy to a qualified elector in your precinct.  We can help find the elector to vote your proxy.

Day of the meeting

On Saturday morning, by 8 AM, registered participants will receive an email from Pima County Democratic Party, invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com,  containing your personal access key, password and website link needed to join the voting process. Check all your different email folders, as it may have gone to Spam or your Promotions or Updates folder.

if you provided your correct cell phone number, you will also receive a text message with the same information.

It will be most convenient for you to log into the Zoom Webinar on your computer, and log into Election Buddy on your phone or tablet.

Once you log into Election Buddy, you are all set and won’t need to log in again. Please keep your Election Buddy voting screen open for the duration of the meeting. If for some reason you lose the window, you can go to https://secure.electionbuddy.com/m/adp on the same device, and Election Buddy will “remember” you.

Note, two voters are not able to share a device for voting — one device per voter is required.
